Structured Light 3D Scanning

This is a method of capturing the geometry of an
boject without making contact with the object.
This is done by projecting light patterns on
components and capuring the results by the use
of high speed machine vision cameras. The
    process of 3D scanning enables:

  • Rapid Data Capture
  • Produce data for Rapid Prototype
  • Produce data for reverse engineering
  • Produce data for  Quality & Inspection

Accuracy & Range of Scans

Speed & Photogrametry
RASCO's 3D scanning process includes the use
of high speed machine vision cameras having an
average scan time of 1.1 seconds. With the use
of photogrametry technique, the scans are
    aligned automatically, making the scanning
    process extremely fast and reliable.
