RASCO's expertise over CAD has allowed it to
offer its engineering services to small and
medium scale special purpose machine and
mechanical assemblies manufacturing
companies.

Our thorough knowledge of ISO standards, sheet
metal, beams, fasteners and assembly techniques
enables us to independently design frames, parts
and chambers for machines.

By working closely with client engineering teams,
standard equipment like, motors, pumps, bearings
etc are choses based on application
requirements. These equipment are then used as
basis to design machines around them.

Command over 3D NURBS Surfacing techniques
has enables us to design hoods, covers, exterior
body parts to be manufactured either in FRP or
plastic.

The final output is made available in the form of
full 3D CAD models, engineering drawings for
production and 3D models for CAM, CNC and tool
making.

Also, while designing, development of assembly
hierarchy, data management and classification of
data is done by RASCO for easy management
and maintenance of machines.
